PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matt laminated sealing film with excellent transparency of biaxially oriented polyester, which is excellent in sealing performance, imparts ultraviolet ray resistance, is easy to manufacture, is excellent in rolling-up and working properties, and has one matted side. SOLUTION: The matt laminated sealing film of biaxially oriented polyester comprises: a base layer B; a sealing outer layer A: and another matt outer layer C located on opposite side of the outer layer A based on the base layer B, wherein: (a) the sealing outer layer A contains not more than 0.01 wt.% of particles based on the weight of the sealing outer layer A; and (b) the matt outer layer C comprises a copolymerized polyester containing 6-30 mol% of isophthalic acid unit, and contains 1.0-7.0 wt.% of particles, based on the weight of the matt outer layer C, whose mean particle size d<SB>50</SB>is 2-10μm and particle size distribution in terms of SPAN98 method is 1.2-2.
