PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an oxide superconducting wire rod which has high critical temperature, as well as, high critical current. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the metal coated superconductive wire rod includes a process, in which raw material powders are filled in a metal pipe, a process in which a metal coated precursor wire rod is formed by a plasticity process, and a process in which (Bi, Pb) 2223 superconducting phase is formed by heat-treating the metal coated precursor wire rod. After the heat-treatment process, in which the (Bi, Pb) 2223 superconducting phase is formed, annealing process under pressurized atmosphere is included. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
