PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an X-ray detector including a drive part small without reducing the forward and backward moving range of the X-ray detector, and to make the movable range of a holding device such as a C-shaped arm large. SOLUTION: A moving mechanism moving the X-ray detector forward and backward in a predetermined range in a radial direction of a circular arm comprises: a drive motor; a worm gear which is connected with a rotary shaft of the drive motor and driven by a predetermined rotation ratio; a worm wheel which is meshed with the worm gear and which moves a predetermined distance; a pinion gear fixed to the worm wheel coaxially; a first rack gear fixed to the side of a supporter meshed with the pinion gear; and a second rack gear meshed with the pinion gear and arranged movably in a predetermined distance on the first rack gear through the pinion gear.
