A plasma display panel assembly is provided to induce rapidly heat generated from a driving IC or a panel assembly by arranging a heat-radiating part between the panel assembly and a chassis base. A panel assembly(210) displays images. A chassis base assembly(220) includes a chassis base(221) coupled with the panel assembly, a driving circuit unit(222) installed on the chassis base and including a plurality of circuit elements, and a signal transfer unit(224) for transferring electric signals between the panel assembly and the driving circuit unit. A cover plate(230) is arranged between the panel assembly and the chassis base assembly in order to radiate heat to the outside.
