摘要 A reset voltage clamping circuit of a CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) image sensor is provided to correct distortion of an output image of an image sensor by varying a clamping voltage according to the magnitude of an output signal of a unit pixel of the image sensor. A reset voltage clamping circuit(400) of a CMOS image sensor includes a reset voltage reading unit(405), a clamping voltage generator(410), a comparator(420), and a transmitter(430). The reset voltage reading unit reads a reset voltage from a unit pixel(100) of the CMOS image sensor. The clamping voltage generator controls the magnitude of a clamping voltage according to a variation in the reset voltage. The comparator compares the reset voltage with the clamping voltage. The transmitter transmits the reset voltage or the clamping voltage as an output voltage in response to the output of the comparator.
