<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball which exhibits a fluorescent color on the surface that gives the ball excellent visibility in bad weather and at dawn and dusk, and makes it highly fashionable. <P>SOLUTION: This golf ball has a core and a cover covering the core, formed of one or more layers and including an outermost layer formed with multiple dimples thereon; and is characterized in that the outermost layer is made of one or more kinds of thermoplastic or thermoset resin as a main material and mixing one or more kinds of light-collecting fluorescent dye, and 80% of dimples formed in the outermost layer have a dimple edge angle of 5-30°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
