摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proton conductive solid polymer electrolyte showing high proton conductivity even in non-humidified/high temperature condition and having high mechanical strength and to provide a fuel cell.

SOLUTION: The proton conductive solid polymer electrolyte is formed by mixing acid and a matrix polymer impregnated with the acid, and the matrix polymer has basic molecular structure in a molecule.
