<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover-stripping tool for intermediate part of electric wire that is constructed so that components are less likely to be damaged, even if the number of service increases, and will not lead to chipping of blades of electric wire pivoting block, wear and tear, deformation of cover stripping tool body, when peeling off and removing covering layers. <P>SOLUTION: A cover-stripping tool has a frame body 11, a pair of pivot block holders 4, 5 that rotate in the frame body 11, an electric wire pivot block 7 having blades 71 fixed to these pivot block holders 4, 5, for stripping the covering of electric wire, and a rotating driver 3 for causing the pivot block holders 4, 5 to rotate. The tool is installed, extending in a direction vertical to a direction that electric wire is disposed into which a driving shaft of the rotating driver 3 is inserted, with the frame body 11 being installed at the intermediate part of electric wire, and is designed so that it is inclined at some degrees with respect to the direction that electric wire has been disposed during stripping operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
