PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize influence applied to organic semiconductors during a process and to simplify the process. SOLUTION: The organic thin film transistor display panel comprises: a substrate; data lines formed on the substrate; source electrodes each of which is connected to the data line; drain electrodes each of which includes a portion opposed to the source electrode; partitions each of which covers the upper surfaces of the source electrode and the drain electrode and forms an aperture for exposing a part of the source electrode and the drain electrode; organic semiconductors each of which is formed on the aperture part; gate insulating parts each of which is formed on the organic semiconductor; and gate lines each of which intersects with the data line and includes a gate electrode.
