PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor having a concentric accuracy between the center of a recording disk and a rotary center, while reducing the burshless motor in thickness. SOLUTION: A placing section 122, on which the recording disk of a turn table device 120 is placed, is formed integrally with a claw portion 123 and a placing surface 122a. The bottom surface of the placing section 122 is positioned lower than a lid surface portion 103 of a rotor holder 100. According to this configuration, since the placing section 122 is decided by molding and processing accuracy, the recording disk can be attached concentrically with high accuracy. Furthermore, since the height in the axial direction, from the placing surface 122a to the bottom surface of the placing section 122, becomes large, rigidity with respect to the force of placing the recording disk can be maintained high.
