PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing apparatus, electronic equipment, and a television broadcasting receiver, in which resume information can be stored more efficiently. SOLUTION: A remote controller 5 outputting an operation signal for indicating operation to a DVD player 7 to a DVD player 7 performing reproduction of the DVD according to reproduction condition information varied by arbitrary setting input or reproduction condition information varied with time by reproduction, and a storage control means (CPU 92, resume information preserving program 94A) in which varied reproduction condition information is discriminated out of a plurality of reproduction information of the DVD, header information specifying combination of varied reproduction condition information and resume information consisting of only varied reproduction condition information are stored in a flash memory 8, when a reproduction stop signal is input as the operation signal from the remote controller 5, are included.
