PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a holding number-of-times display device, a special pattern display device and a normal pattern display device also in a different model together with a back gutter. SOLUTION: In the pachinko game machine, the holding number-of-times display device 242, the special pattern display device 244 and the normal pattern display device 250 are provided on the upper back gutter 140 of the back gutter 80, and an upper design plate 180 is interposed between a game board 30 and the upper back gutter 140. Thus, since the difference of designs between the plurality of models can be coped with by exchanging the upper design plate 180 without exchanging all of the holding number-of-times display device 242, the special pattern display device 244 and the normal pattern display device 250, all of the holding number-of-times display device 242, the special pattern display device 244 and the normal pattern display device 250 can be used also in the different model together with the back gutter 80.
