PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent electrical characteristics and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The laminated electrophotographic photoreceptor is equipped with a conductive substrate, a charge generating layer formed via an under coating layer or directly on the conductive substrate and a charge transfer layer formed on the charge generating layer, in which a 4, 4'-distyryl triphenylamine compound expressed by general formula (1) is incorporated into the charge transfer layer.
