PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for a vehicle formed with an air mix constitution and embodied in a small-sized construction. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner for the vehicle is equipped with: an evaporator 2; a heater core 3 to heat the cool wind air having passed the evaporator 2; a cool wind passage 8 arranged so that the cool wind air flows through without passing the heater core 3; a cool wind adjusting door 4 to adjust the quantity of the cool wind air passing the cool wind passage 8; a hot wind adjusting door 5 to adjust the quantity of the air passing the heater core 3; and a cool-hot air mixing space 14 for mixing together the cool wind air and the hot wind air. The space 14 is located directly after the hot wind air having passed the heater core 3, and a foot opening 17 and a face opening 18 are positioned facing the space 14 so that the hot wind air flows in directly.
