Provided are a memory space allocation method and device increasing access speed when a plurality of circuits share a memory accessing one data by issuing an address a plurality of times. Memory allocation is performed so that the upper node addresses of the memory space of an external memory (505) shared by a plurality of circuits (501) coincide as much as possible. When the upper node addresses are common, a memory control circuit does not transfer the upper node addresses so as to reduce the number of transfers and increase the access speed.
