The communication terminal device comprises a judging unit configured to judge whether to make a hand-off candidate for each channel on a basis of the receiving quality of the predetermined pilot signal, and a channel information report transmitting unit for not transmitting channel information report that a specific channel makes a hand-off candidate when the judging unit judges that the specific channel should make the hand-off candidate and when the number of sectors in the communication terminal device to which a channel can be set is not less than the maximum number of communication sectors by making the specific channel the hand-off candidate.
