<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus having its surface provided with sufficient flatness and capable of improving a numerical aperture of a photoelectric conversion section. <P>SOLUTION: Photodiodes 30 for all pixels are formed on the surface of a glass substrate 50, and TFTs 31, driving lines 8 and signal reading lines 9 for all the pixels are formed on the rear surface of the glass substrate 50. In each of the pixels, a TFT 31 is formed on a position of a photodiode 30 which opposes a light-receiving section electrode 51, so that light shielding for the TFT 31 is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
