PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger with a receiver tank that can reduce the manufacturing cost and weight of a coupling member for coupling the receiver tank to a heat exchanger body while keeping the receiver tank removable. SOLUTION: The coupling member 3 comprises a joint member 11 having header connection parts 13b and 13c communicatively connectable to a condensation section E1 and a supercooling section E2 of one header 4, and an adapter member 12 communicatively connectable to the joint member 11 and to the receiver tank 2, which is removably fixed. The joint member 11 comprises a first split member 13 with both header connection parts 13b and 13c formed, and a second split member 14 united to the first split member 13.
