PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush device for cleaning a nozzle of an endoscope capable of removing dirt clogged inside a nozzle by easily brushing inside the fluid injection nozzle provided at the distal end of an insertion section of the endoscope in extremely easy work. SOLUTION: This brush device is provided with a tubular body 11 attachably/detachably covering along the outer circumference of the distal end portion 22 of the insertion section 21 of the endoscope 20, and a plurality of brush bristles 12 projecting inward from the internal circumferential face of the tubular body 11; and the tubular body 11 is put on the distal end portion 22 of the insertion section 21 and rotated around the axis, so that the inside of the fluid injection nozzle 23 disposed at the distal end face of the insertion section 21 of the endoscope 20 is cleaned with the tips 12a of the brush bristles 12.
