PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror device for a vehicle capable of smoothly and certainly rotating a mirror, reducing manufacturing cost without high strength on the other gear and improving durability performance of the other gear. SOLUTION: This mirror device for the vehicle is furnished with a helical gear held on a plate 11 free to rotate and a second worm gear 28 held on the plate 11 and a gear case 10 free to rotate, connected to the helical gear 27 free to tilt and to integrally rotate with the helical gear 27. A thrust bearing part 58 to receive thrust force of both end spherical protruded parts 55 of a rotation axis 54 of the second worm gear 28 is provided on the gear case 10, and the helical gear 27 and the second worm gear 28 are in a non-contact state in the thrust direction.
