A laser hand piece having an air controller is provided to prevent a reflective mirror inside an arm from being polluted by passing or blocking the air to the inside of a hand piece. A laser hand piece having an air controller includes an adjustor for passing or blocking the air. A plurality of air passing penetration holes is formed on the adjustor for passing or blocking the air. The adjustor for passing or blocking the air is installed on a lower part of the laser hand piece. The adjustor for passing or blocking the air displays a passing or blocking indication on an outer circumference plane of an upper tube(20) so that the closed/opened state of the penetration hole is displayed when a lower tube(30) is rotated right and left in a state of fixing the upper tube(20). An ON/OFF indication is displayed on an outer circumference plane of the lower tube(30).
