PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall structural material superior in durability without separation of a tile, even when using a material of forming a surface layer of a galvanized steel plate and an aluminum-zinc alloy plating steel plate as a siding material, for reducing the problem of a warp of the siding material and a crack of the tile. SOLUTION: This outer wall structural material is formed by adhering the tile to a surface of a ceramic siding board by using an adhesive. The adhesive is a modified silicone-based resin adhesive of setting an elongation percentage after hardening the adhesive to 30 to 500% in No. 3 dumbbell in conformity with JIS K6251, and setting rubber hardness measured by a JIS K6253 type A durometer after hardening the adhesive to 20 to 80.
