PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition which exhibits good curability even when using no curing catalyst corresponding to a third component of an epoxy resin/curing agent composition without deteriorating excellent mechanical properties of a cured product to be obtained, and to provide a cured product from the composition. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition includes: an epoxy resin (A) obtained by reacting an active hydrogen-containing compound (a1), an epihalohydrin (a2) and a quaternary onium salt-containing epoxy compound (a3); and a curing agent (B).
