PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded article excellent in flexibility and abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: The resin molded article is obtained by irradiating the surface of a molded article composed of a polymer component comprising 5-100 pts.mass syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene (A) having a 1,2-vinyl bond content of not less than 70% and crystallinity of 5-50% and 0-95 pts.mass thermoplastic polymer (B) (on condition that (A)+(B)=100 pts.mass) with an electron beam at an accelerating voltage of 10-800 kV with an irradiation dose of 0.1-10 Mrad.
