<p>A photosensitive composition for forming a shading film is provided to form a black matrix having high sensitivity, thin film thickness, and good shape. The photosensitive composition for forming a shading film contains (a) carbon black as a light-shielding pigment, (b) a photo-polymerizable compound, and (c) a photopolymerization initiator. The carbon black has a primary particle size of 20-60nm and an i-line transmittance of 0.3 or higher when an OD value is 1.5. The photopolymerization initiator(c) contains at least one selected from the compounds represented by the following formula(III).</p> |
