<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a step difference of a latent image between neighboring blocks. <P>SOLUTION: OLED elements P11-P14 belonging to a block B1 are selected in the order of P11→P12→P13→P14, and the OLED elements P21-P24 belonging to a block B2 adjoining this are selected in the order of P24→P23→P22→P21. As a result of this, the OLED elements P14 and P21 are simultaneously selected.
