PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a heatsink which has excellent heat dissipation, allows fin members to be stably disposed on a substrate, and has a large number of long edges with a large surface area. SOLUTION: Fin members 1 formed by winding wire rods 3 in a spiral fashion are disposed on a surface of a substrate 2. Alternatively, guide members formed of wire members or plates shaped like belts are fixed on the surface of the substrate, and the fin members formed by winding the wire rods in a spiral fashion are disposed on the substrate to be brought into contact with the guide members.
