IP TELEPHONE EXCHANGE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP telephone exchange apparatus capable of performing broadcast notification processing to a plurality of terminals regardless of states of IP telephone terminals.

SOLUTION: An IP telephone exchange apparatus which performs exchange processing among a plurality of telephone terminals via an IP network includes: a detecting and recording section for detecting and recording the states of the telephone terminals; and a call control section for controlling call connections among the plurality of telephone terminals. When performing broadcast notification processing to each of the telephone terminals, the relevant call control section executes communication processing procedures of broadcast notification among the respective telephone terminals in accordance with the state, for each telephone terminal, recorded in the detecting and recording section.
