PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone classifier that can separate powder particles of a narrow distribution range in a high yield, a flash drying system and toner. SOLUTION: The cyclone classifier composed of an outer cylinder comprising a cylindrical outer shell and an inverted-cone-shaped outer bottom vertically connected to the underside of the cylindrical outer shell and an inner cylinder comprising an exhaust outlet is characterized in that a reduced cross-sectional area is formed by a cylinder of a reduced inner diameter or an orifice-shaped baffle plate at an optional height inside the outer cylinder and that the bottom end of the inner cylinder is located in a cylindrical space (cylindrical part) right under the reduced cross-sectional area.
