A lining structure of a concrete water tank and a construction method for the lining structure of a concrete water tank are provided to prevent the movement of PE sheets by attaching PE sheets to adhesives applied on an internal wall of a concrete water tank, to use a concrete water tank stably by cutting off leachate flew in a concrete water tank using adhesives, and to make maintenance easy and to drink water storied in a concrete water tank safely by preventing microbial formation using a PE sheet including antibiotics. The lining structure of a concrete water tank comprises a sheet portion(200) having irregularities(210) formed on an internal wall of a concrete water tank(10) to attach adhesives easily, adhesives(220) attached to the irregularities to guide the adhesion of a PE sheet, many PE sheets(230) attached at regular intervals not to be overlapped with the adhesives, and a finish member(240) finishing up the distance between the PE sheets. The construction method for the lining structure of a concrete water tank comprises the steps of forming irregularities on an internal wall of a concrete water tank, washing and drying the internal wall of the concrete water tank, applying adhesives on the irregularities formed on the internal wall of the concrete water tank, attaching a PE sheet including antibiotics and non-woven fabrics to the internal wall of the concrete water tank, and drying and the curing the PE sheet attached on the bottom of the concrete water tank.
