PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hands-free system in which a driver with a head set mounted thereon can make a telephone conversation while muting only music under playing on a vehicle-mounted device so as not to be audible without muting important sound for safety driving and without stopping playing the music on the vehicle-mounted device. SOLUTION: A vehicle-mounted device 2 includes a vehicle-mounted speaker 23 for outputting audio data, a relative distance calculation unit 24 for calculating a relative distance between the vehicle-mounted speaker 23 and a head set 3, and a narrow band communication processing section 21 for transferring to a mobile phone 1 relative distance information calculated by the relative distance calculation section 24. The mobile phone 1 comprises a cancel sound generation section 14 for generating cancel sound for canceling the reproduction sound being played by the vehicle-mounted device 2 on the basis of the relative distance information and a speech sound synthesizing section 15 for composing the cancel sound generated by the cancel sound generation section 14 with speech data, so that only the reproduction music being played by the vehicle-mounted device 2 can be muted during a hands-free speech.
