<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing devil's tongue intended for further widening a use area of regular devil's tongue through adding and mixing pregelatinized glutinous rice powder to/with devil's tongue powder. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the devil's tongue comprises adding 5 wt.%-10 wt.% of pregelatinized glutinous rice which is obtained by heating and roasting pulverized glutinous rice powder to 100 wt.% of devil's tongue.
