<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively utilizing a vacant parking lot to thereby eliminate on-street parking by leasing a parking lot in an urban district or the like to others only while the person himself/herself does not use the parking lot. <P>SOLUTION: A parking lot information system is constituted at least of a parking lot mediation and management server 100, terminals 200 of a person who provides parking lot and terminals 300 of a person who uses vacant parking lot. The parking lot mediation and management server 100 can retrieve vacant parking lot information from a parking lot database 400 by a parking lot information retrieving means 130 in response to a parking lot information retrieval request from a user terminal 300. Therefore, the parking lot mediation and management server 100 executes a program for storing parking lot information from the terminal of a providing person, a retrieval program for obtaining information necessary for an information retrieval request from a user and a program for displaying the parking lot information on the display part of the user terminal and concluding the lease contract of the vacant parking lot. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
