<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control system for a six-speed automatic transmission capable of improving fuel consumption with a function of a fail-safe mode set in a specific gear shift stage according to a traveling condition in occurrence of fail. <P>SOLUTION: This hydraulic control system includes a first clutch/second brake control portion allowing a first clutch to receive supply of fastening pressure in forward travel forth, fifth and sixth speeds, allowing a second brake to receive supply of fastening pressure in backward travel, and keeping an operating state of the first clutch, a second clutch control portion allowing a second clutch to receive supply of fastening pressure in forward travel third and fifth speeds and backward travel, a first brake control portion allowing the first brake to receive supply of fastening pressure in forward travel second and sixth speeds, and a third brake control portion allowing a third brake to receive supply of fastening pressure in forward travel first, second, third and forth speeds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
