PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a display board capable of easily changing the direction of a display board while simplifying the structure and reducing the cost. SOLUTION: A shaft 24 of the display board 20 penetrates a plate 22, and a spring member 40 is disposed at the tip end of the shaft 24. A spring piece 44 is formed to elastically deform by a projection part 44A elastically contacting a back face 22B of the plate 22 in the state of a display board side engagement part 26 and a plate-like member side engagement part 34 being engaged, and an engagement pawl 28 engaged to an engagement recess part 50, and by its elastic force, the engagement state of the display board side engagement part 26 and the plate-like member side engagement part 34, and the engagement state of the engagement pawl 28 and the engagement recess part 50 are maintained to hold the attached state of the display board 20. Further, the spring piece 44 is formed to elastically deform when the display board 20 is pulled in a direction away from a surface 22A from the attached state of the display board 20, and allowing the display board side engagement part 26 to separate from the plate-like member side engagement part 34.
