PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor wherein a lead wire terminal of a stator coil is soldered without a time and effort to a land located on the rear side of a substrate, the lead wire is not broken nor cut, and a fault such as the conduction of the stator coil and a bracket does not occur. SOLUTION: A notch 7 formed at the outer periphery of the substrate 3 formed obliquely with respect to the outer periphery so that the notch intersects with the lead wire terminal 5, then the terminal is slid from the outer peripheral side of the substrate 3 in such a state that the lead wire terminal 5 is elongated without folding the lead wire terminal 5 at a portion of the notch 7, after that the lead wire terminal 5 is pinched and fixed at the portion of the notch 7 as it is, and then the lead wire terminal 5 that is exited to the rear side of the substrate 3 is soldered and connected to the land 6 which is located at the rear side of the substrate 3.
