PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an vibrationproof rubber device of a new structure comprising elastic contact portions of high durability capable of effectively controlling abnormal noise even in occurrence of relative displacement between contact faces along the faces, and improving abnormal noise and impact shock reducing effects in the facing directions of the contact faces. SOLUTION: The pair of contact faces 32, 34 of stopper mechanisms 28, 30 are respectively composed of stopper rubber, a number of uneven strips linearly extending, are formed is parallel on the respective contact faces 32, 34, and the uneven strips 36, 38 of one of the contact faces 32, 34 are intersecting with the uneven strips 36, 38 of the other contact face 34, 32.
