PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental treatment unit for preventing burns of a patient and damages of devices caused by overheating in the dental treatment. SOLUTION: A compressor 11 mounted on a unit body is driven, and air from the compressor 11 is fed to a hand-piece 8 via an air feeding circuit 10. The air is jetted from the hand-piece 8 to clean or dry the affected area inside the oral cavity of the patient. A sensor 12 detects the flow of air flowing through the air feeding circuit 10, and a heating means (a heater) 13 is driven after the detection of the flow of air by the sensor 12, so that overheated air will not be jetted.
