PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded panel in which a cushioning body is molded/integrated between a structural member made of a foamed hard resin and a skin material, and which has enough strength to the attachment/detachment of a component and is provided with a fitting part with a wall thickness controlled accurately around the rim of a mounting hole. SOLUTION: The molded panel has a panel body, the mounting hole which is formed at a prescribed position of the panel body and into which a component can be fitted, and a component mounting part having the fitting part which is formed around the rim of the mounting hole and has a wall thinner than the wall of the panel body. In the molded panel, the structural member made of the foamed hard resin, the cushioning body arranged on the surface excluding the component mounting part of the structural member, and the skin material covering the surface of a part corresponding to the component mounting part of the structural member and the surface of the cushioning body are formed/integrated.
