EXTRUDING/DISPENSING SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a high aspect ratio-micro/porous structure at a low cost.

SOLUTION: A device for extruding/dispensing a material onto a substrate has a housing, at least two channels enclosed by the housing for facilitating flow of the material, at least one input port associated with each channel to send the material to each channel, and an output port that simultaneously extrudes/dispenses the material so as to prepare a high aspect ratio-micro mechanism. The micro mechanism can be used for the grid line of a solar cell and the electrode of a fuel cell.
