<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet that has sealability and can be efficiently attached and detached. <P>SOLUTION: The base 11 and the ring member 20 of a body 10 are disposed in substantially the same plane. The outer circumferential edge 11a of the base 11 and the inner circumferential edge 20a of the ring member 20 are uniformly covered with an expansible first cover member 30. On the side wall 12 of the body 10, there are formed multiple anchoring pieces 13 that are bent and extended outward from its lower end so that their longitudinal sections are substantially in a U shape. The tips of the anchoring pieces 13 are protruded from the first cover member 30. On the outer side face of each anchoring piece 30, there is formed an anchoring lug 13a. The inner circumferential surface formed by the side wall of the body 10 opposite the inner side face of each anchoring piece 13 is uniformly covered with a second cover member 49.
