PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure connection reliability of terminal metal fittings that can of suppress wear between themselves due to vibration, since, when a counterpart housing is fitted into the outer housing, an inner housing is supported floating via a spring member between the counterpart housing and the outer housing, and after vibration has been generated, the inner housing follows and displaces a counterpart housing moving caused by the vibration. SOLUTION: A female connector F is equipped with a cylindrical outer housing 30; a spring member 50 stored in the outer housing 30; and an inner housing 10 stored in the outer housing 30 and pinching the spring member 50 between the outer housing 30 and a back wall 32, having a cavity 14 capable of storing a terminal metal fitting 60 connected to a wire W, and supported floating via the spring member 50, in a space with the back wall 32 pressed into a hood part of a counterpart male connector by being fitted into the outer housing 30. Then, a cover 90 is integrally connected via a hinge part 92 on the back side of the back wall 32, the inner side of the cover 90 structured as an adhesion part 91, to which a vibration-absorbing member 80 inserted and attached to the wire W, is adhered.
