PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic having good conformability with the hair during use, excellent in smoothness and finger-through property during rinsing, imparting smoothness and softness to the hair after drying and capable of sufficiently imparting moist feeling to the hair while keeping dry feeling. SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic is obtained by formulating a hair cosmetic base with (A) a specific amino-modified or ammonium-modified silicone, (B) a high-molecular-weight silicone emulsion having 0.2-1μm average particle diameter and (C) a high-molecular-weight silicone emulsion having≥5μm average particle diameter.
