PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To amend a human error and a response delay, by restoring a transport device, for example, an elevator, without using a decision of a monitor. SOLUTION: A restoration control device 106 inputs an analytical result of an operation state of the troubled transport device and a collation result of an image at normal time and trouble time of the transport device. A restoration object determining part 202 determines a restoration object of the troubled transport device such as a fire, flooding and object nipping from the analytical result and the collation result. A restoration command selecting part 203 selects a command corresponding to the restoration object from a restoration command storage part 209, and tries the restoration of the transport device by the selected command. A restoration completion determining part 206 confirms whether or not the transport device is restored, and when the transport device is not restored, a repeating part 207 repeatedly performs a determination of the restoration object, selection of the command and the restoration of the transport device.
