The present invention relates to technology for preparing a carbon nanotube/ionic liquid composite by applying a polymer ionic liquid to the surfaces of carbon nanotubes, and to a method for preparing a carbon nanotube/conductive polymer composite having good dispersion characteristics by using the carbon nanotube/ionic liquid composite as a template polymerization derivative and a dopant in a conductive polymer synthesis process. According to the technical concept of the present invention, in a process for preparing a mixture of a conductive polymer and carbon nanotubes, the problem of phase separation between the conductive polymer and the carbon nanotubes, which can be the main drawback of a simple mixture composed of two components, can be overcome. In addition, dispersion in an organic solvent can be largely improved through a simple ion exchange method.
