The present invention relates to a fluid interception valve comprising a spherical shutter (15) defining at least one diametrical duct (16) for the fluid passage, wherein in said duct there is inserted a valve device (20) which, according to its orientation relative to the direction of said flow, is suitable for alternately defining a main passage for said fluid and a secondary passage with smaller section for a reduced flow of said fluid through the valve.
