<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power balancing technique for a synchronous generator. <P>SOLUTION: The power balancing technique for a synchronous generator (10) is provided. One exemplary method for balancing power in the synchronized generator (10) comprises a step for determining the output power characteristics of synchronous generators (14) driven by a motor (12); and a step for comparing the determined characteristics and the value derived from the output power of a plurality of synchronous generators (14). This method also comprises a step for applying a correction signal (72) for correcting the output power generated by the generators (14) to the synchronous generators (14).
