<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator which is easily manufactured and has a relatively large room for the autonomic operation. <P>SOLUTION: A storage and an application device are provided. The storage and the application device comprise a composition P to be applied to nails, skin or lips of a user, and the applicator 3 with an application element 6 and a rod 5.
