A multi-party call communication method using a mobile terminal having a Bluetooth chip is provided to allow a user to set such that only a particular headset is available for call communication and to perform security call communication with a user of the particular headset through a whisper mode. A user terminal(100) and the other terminal(200) each having a Bluetooth chip are connected for call communication(S101). The user terminal and multiple wireless headsets(101-103) having a Bluetooth chip are set to be connected(S102-S104). Voice data received from the other terminal is transmitted to the multiple wireless headsets through radio communication(S106). When transmission of voice data is generated from one of the wireless headsets, the voice data is stored(S111). The stored voice data is transmitted to the remaining wireless headsets and the other terminal(S112-S114).
