A house having a ventilation control system and the ventilation control system are provided to introduce air generated by plants into rooms, thereby controlling temperature and humidity of the rooms, and reducing concentration of harmful gas. Inner spaces(110,115) of a house have first sensors(120_1-120_i) measuring temperature, humidity or concentration of harmful gas. An outer space(130) of the house has plants(150). A ventilation apparatus(170) circulates air through the inner spaces and the outer space. A ventilation control system(200) compares the measured values of the first sensors with reference values of the temperature, humidity or harmful gas for controlling the ventilation apparatus.
